Custom Gilbert Rugby Balls

Please be aware that the main panels of your custom design balls can only be in white due to how solid ink can alter the grip of the balls.

MINIMUM QUANTITIES start at 25. When you click "Finish", to SAVE YOUR DESIGN, please refer to “Email to Friend” and "Email Yourself" next step "Request a Quote" otherwise, your design with all the adjustments will be lost.

**Custom Ball Builder is a visual utility tool only in order to start your custom ball process. All uploaded files will be sent off to the UK to have files created for your approval**

**Please note that the Gilbert Outer & Inner Ellipses are set to brand standards and can't be COPIED OR REPLICATED but colour changes can be applied but must clear approvals (changing ellipses to white is not an option), main panel colours cannot be a solid colour (ie: black, red, purple ect..) due to how it will affect the grip technology for further information please contact our office**

Custom ball designs are available for the following items:

Match Balls - Kinetica (min. qty. 50) Barbarian 2.0, Atom, Omega (min. qty. 25)

Training Balls - GTR-4000 sz3,4,5 (min. qty. 25 each)

All custom orders must have the UK ball mock-ups approved by customer in writing and require a 50% deposit.

Upon Gilbert Canada receiving confirmation of your order from the overseas factory please allow approx. 8 weeks for production and three to four months approx.. via ocean delivery. Due to challenges with global supply chain we appreciate your understanding as we manage the ongoing fluctuations in delivery times. Rush delivery by courier when order is ready at factory for an additional fee available.

LIFESPAN OF BALLS

There are a few variables into how long Gilbert Rugby balls last – Such as if the balls are used on turf vs grass or harder surfaces etc. Typically, Gilbert Rugby balls should last about one season – depending on how many times a week they are used, and how many balls are used each session these times may vary slightly. Teams may find that having more balls would help with how long they last, due to less wear and tear per ball but again, it depends on the amount of rugby being played and the quality of rugby at a play. Choosing a better-quality ball will obviously extend the life of the ball due to better quality ply, and grip. For example, the GTR3000 will not last as long as our GTR4000 as it has a 3 ply poly-cotton laminate while the GTR3000 only has a 2 ply poly-cotton laminate.

For best results, it is recommended that each season each team starts with a new set of balls. This will ensure the players are able to utilize their skills and accuracy and get the most out each practice and match!
