Refund policy

Gilbert Rugby Canada accepts online order returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return items must be in new condition, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding that all clearance items are final sale.

Shipping costs for returns is at the cost of the customer unless the product is faulty, or an incorrect item has been shipped.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned items, we will issue your refund in five to seven business days. You will receive an email confirming the return is complete.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
